Construction Designer / Drafter

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpreting and translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Producing 2D and 3D drawings, sketches, and models to support the design and construction processes
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and compliance of drawings
• Maintaining and updating design documentation and records
• Providing technical support and advice to construction teams on-site
• Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Designer in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing or other Construction Engineering.
• Proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs
• Strong technical drawing and design skills, with the ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Willing to short and long term domestics and oversea travel.
