• Lead and oversee construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered according to approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

• Manage multiple construction projects, from planning and design coordination through execution and final handover.
• Monitor project progress, financial performance, and resource utilization to ensure operational efficiency.
• Establish and enforce construction policies, safety procedures, and quality assurance standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Review project budgets, cost estimates, contracts, and procurement strategies.
• Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, site managers, engineers, and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, contractual requirements, environmental standards, and occupational safety guidelines.
