About the Role

KRS Landscape Works LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Draftsman to join our team in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. This role involves preparing detailed 2D/3D technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation for ongoing landscape and civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed construction layouts using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with project engineers, landscape architects, and site teams to incorporate design revisions and client specifications.
• Review architectural and civil plans to identify potential design clashes or discrepancies.
• Maintain organized digital CAD files, drawing logs, and project documentation standards.
• Assist in material quantity take-offs directly from technical drawings as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant drafting experience in the UAE (landscape, civil, or architectural background preferred; enthusiastic freshers with solid drafting skills welcome).
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Core Software: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting is mandatory).
• Preferred / Optional Software: Working knowledge of BIM Revit and/or MicroStation is a strong advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively on-site/in-office.
