We're looking for experienced Construction Electricians with a strong mining/construction background to join a high-performing team working on a major SMP project at Rio Tinto - Parker Point.

With ongoing work, 12 paid hours per day and a 2:1 roster, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced electricians looking for stability, great conditions and consistent work.

FIFO is Perth only. Flights from other states are not covered.

The Role

• Duration: Ongoing
• Roster: 2:1
• Location: Rio Tinto - Parker Point
• Hours: 12 paid hours per day
• Project: Mining Construction - SMP
• Accommodation: Searipple
• Rate: $67.38/hr + penalties + site allowance + tool allowance

About You

We're looking for electricians who have:

• 3-4+ years' experience in construction mining
• Relevant Electrical Trade Certificate
• Previous experience working in mining construction environments
• Valid Driver's Licence
• White Card
• LVR, CPR & First Aid
• EWP
• Working at Heights - completed within the last 2 years
• National Police Clearance - issued within the last 12 months
• Permanent Australian working rights - no working visas

Rio Tinto Inductions - Preferred

The following Rio Tinto competencies/inductions are highly desirable:

• Electrical Workers Competency
• ARC Flash
• RTIO Low Voltage Rescue
• IWP Essentials
• Lock Holder Theory
• RTIO Essentials for Site
