Construction Engineer

We are seeking a driven Construction Engineer to spearhead the monitoring, organization, and successful delivery of high-impact public and private construction projects across Athens.

In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between office strategy and site execution, driving operational efficiency and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest technical and financial standards

For the role of Construction Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the general monitoring, organization, and delivery of construction projects within Athens.
• Coordinating and managing on-site work crews and subcontractors.
• Tracking and managing the financial and technical progress of assigned projects.
• Maintaining the daily site diary and ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Coordinating material procurement, orders, and supplier deliveries.
• Organizing, drafting, and evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Preparing technical measurements, comparative tables, and progress bills/accounts

For the role of Construction Engineer, you will need:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 4 years of site experience in public building or MEP building projects
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for supervising sketches, measurements, and As-Built drawings
• Excellent command of Greek and English at a professional level
• Registration as a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE)
