Job Description

• Review construction plans, specifications, contracts, and project requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation, correspondence, and records
• Track submittals, rfi, change orders and other project documentation
• Review pay application
• Coordinate with project managers, project representatives, contractors, and engineers
• Assist with resolving field issues
• Track project progress
• Participate in project meeting and prepare meeting notes
• Review field reports, daily reports, testing reports, photos, and inspection reports
• Assist field staff
• Conduct site visits as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil Engineer, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred
• 1-5 years of Construction, engineering, project management or related experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract document s
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• FE or PE preferred but not required
