Construction Engineer

1. Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, engineering standards, and project specifications.
2. Plan, monitor, and track construction progress in accordance with the project schedule.
3. Coordinate with the Consultant, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
4. Ensure construction quality complies with project requirements and quality standards.
5. Prepare daily reports, progress reports, and other related project documentation.
6. Manage construction resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, efficiently.
7. Identify site issues and propose effective corrective actions.
8. Ensure all site activities comply with project safety regulations and requirements.
9. Attend project meetings and follow up on action items.
10. Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Job requirements ：

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
3. Experience in Data Center, High-Rise Building, Industrial Plant, or large-scale construction projects is highly preferred.
4. Able to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents.
5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related software.
6. Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and building services works.
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Good communication and coordination skills.
9. Professional Engineering License (PE License) will be an advantage.
10. Good English communication skills; Chinese communication skills are an advantage.
