About the Role:

We're expanding our team and currently seeking a professional for the role of Construction Engineer . We're looking for individuals who share our passion for innovation and sustainability and who are ready to contribute to our mission of driving positive change in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day construction activities and project progress.
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost monitoring.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, quantities, and project documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, resources, and deliverables, identifying potential deviations and supporting corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Support procurement activities, material planning, quotations, and supplier evaluation.
• Conduct site visits and follow up on construction progress, quality standards, and technical requirements.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports, cost reports, technical documentation, and project records.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable regulations, health & safety requirements, and Urban Systems' quality standards.
• Contribute to effective communication and coordination between site teams, project management, and internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field .
• Previous experience in construction, project coordination, or site supervision will be considered an asset.
• Good understanding of construction processes, technical drawings, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel familiarity with relevant engineering/project management software is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
