Construction Engineer

ERA Projects is looking for a qualified and experienced Construction Engineer to oversee construction activities, coordinate site operations, and ensure that projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction projects, site supervision, technical coordination, and project execution, preferably with experience in villas, high-rise buildings, or commercial and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review construction drawings, technical documents, method statements, and material submittals.
• Ensure construction works comply with quality standards, project requirements, and applicable Bahrain regulations.
• Monitor site progress, identify delays or technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate quality checks, snagging, and rectification works.
• Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements at the construction site.
• Assist in resolving technical problems and ensuring timely project completion.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Relevant experience in construction engineering and site execution.
• Experience in villas, high-rise buildings, or large-scale residential and commercial projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, quality control, and site coordination.
• Familiarity with construction standards, safety procedures, and local regulations in Bahrain.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Must be currently available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.
