The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Estimator with strong experience in concrete packages to join our growing remote team. You will play a crucial role in preparing accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete detailed quantity take-offs specifically for concrete packages.

* Prepare accurate pricing and comprehensive cost estimates.

* Thoroughly review plans, drawings, and project specifications.

* Perform precise measurements using estimating or take-off software.

* Assist with coding and project costing activities.

* Ensure all estimates are accurate, detailed, and submitted within required timeframes.

What You'll Bring:

Essential Skills & Experience (Must-Haves):

* Strong experience with Bluebeam, particularly for construction take-offs and measurements.

* Proficiency with other estimating, take-off, or measurement software used in the construction industry.

* Demonstrated ability to use software to accurately measure plans, calculate quantities, and support pricing and estimating.

* Previous experience as a Construction Estimator, with a preference for concrete or building.

* Strong understanding of take-offs, pricing, and coding principles.

* Ability to read and interpret complex construction plans and drawings.

* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

* Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple deadlines.

Highly Regarded:

* Extensive experience with Bluebeam for advanced take-offs.

* Proven experience estimating concrete packages specifically.

* Knowledge of other relevant estimating platforms.
