WE ARE HIRING - Construction Estimator

Vancouver, BC | Full-time

Amini Construction Inc. is a Vancouver general contractor that focuses on residential renovations and commercial tenant improvements. We're a fast-moving team and need an experienced full-time estimator to help us win the right work at the right price.

Responsibilities:

• Do quantity takeoffs and build detailed and accurate estimates from drawings and specs

• Request and compare subtrade and supplier quotes, and assemble complete bids

• Prepare early-stage budgets and tender submissions

• Visit sites across Greater Vancouver to check existing conditions and scope

• Hand estimates off to our PMs and track actual costs against what we estimated

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of construction estimating experience

• You must live in Greater Vancouver. We are not considering remote or relocation applicants.

• Valid BC driver's licence and your own vehicle

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Lower Mainland subtrade pricing

• Comfortable with takeoff software and Excel

• Organized and accurate, and able to handle numerous bids at once

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
