Construction Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to support U.S.-based construction projects. The ideal candidate should be able to review drawings, specifications, and project documents and prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Analyze project plans, scopes, and bid documents.
• Prepare material, labor, and subcontractor cost estimates.
• Assist with bid preparation and proposal development.
• Identify scope gaps, discrepancies, and potential cost risks.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members.
• Maintain accurate estimating records and documentation.
• Meet project deadlines and maintain estimating accuracy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and cost estimation.
• Knowledge of U.S. construction practices and standards preferred.
• Experience with estimating software and tools.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Concrete
• Drywall
• Roofing
• Structural Steel

Software

Experience with tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, CostX, RSMeans, On-Screen Takeoff, Procore, Excel, or similar estimating software is preferred.
