What they need
Buildsmore is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our growing team. We provide residential and commercial construction, renovations, property maintenance, and specialty contracting services.
Responsibilities:
- Review construction plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment estimates.
- Obtain and evaluate pricing from vendors and service partners.
- Prepare competitive bids and proposals.
- Coordinate with project managers and management throughout the bidding process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction estimating preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
