Estimator - Commercial Construction

A well-established and growing Commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its team. The company has a strong portfolio of projects across public sector, industrial, healthcare, and senior living markets.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up construction and renovation projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze subcontractor proposals
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids
• Collaborate with project management and preconstruction teams
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions

Qualifications:

• Commercial construction estimating experience with a General Contractor
• Experience with public sector, industrial, healthcare, or senior living projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
