About this role:

Fangda Australia is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administration & Finance Officer to join our team, in order to cope with daily matters and the expansion of our company. This is an opportunity to work with a friendly and exciting team in a full-time position.

As the dministration & Finance Officer, you will be exposed to many aspects of the facade industry in a challenging environment. Your duty will be, but not limited  to:

1.Manage full-cycle accounting duties, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payroll processing, bank reconciliations and financial reporting etc；

2.Work with an external accounting agency to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with Australia accounting standards；

3.Perform basic office administration duties, including maintenance of office equipment, stationery and miscellaneous supplies, license application and renewal, maintain the filing systems, bills and expense reimbursement etc；

4.Ad-hoc duties as required by the Department manager.

To be successful in this role

To be successful in securing this exciting opportunity, the suitable candidate will require the following attributes:

1.Bachelor or above in Accounting；

2.3-4 years experience or above in accounting ;

3.Proficiency in using office software , and accounting software;

4.Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English;

5.Independent, responsible, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
