Construction Estimator

Cosugas LLC is a General Contractor with over 20 years of experience. We are looking to hire a Construction estimator to be part of our team.

Job Duties

• Read and interpret plans to identify scope of work.
• Review specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meeting, etc. to determine scope of work and provide take off.
• Project estimates and bid pack preparation.
• Follow-up and coordinate with subcontractors on bid status, scope inclusions and exclusion as well as any needed clarifications.

Skills

• Authorization to work in USA & be professionally fluent in English.
• 2+ years, hand-on experience estimating commercial, public and private projects
• Experience in Microsoft Office software(Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent Knowledge in the RS Mean software will be a plus.
• Well-organized and reliable, capable of managing own time and responsibilities.
• Detailed oriented
• Good verbal/ communications skills (spoke and written)
• The ability to manage multiple project simultaneously.

Pay: $70,651.74 - $85,085.97 per year
