We’re hiring a Full-Time Construction Estimator for one of our clients, a New York City-based supplier specializing in interior doors, frames, hardware, and barn doors for general contractors. The ideal candidate has solid construction estimating experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately review plans, perform takeoffs, and prepare estimates. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

What you’ll do:

• Review construction plans and blueprints
• Perform material takeoffs
• Prepare estimates for bidding
• Determine quantities and materials
• Enter project details into quoting software

What we’re looking for:

• Construction estimating experience required
• Strong blueprint and plan-reading skills
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to work independently
• Division 10 experience, especially bathroom accessories and partitions, is a plus

System Requirements:

• Main ISP: 50+ mbps
• Back-up ISP: 25+ mbps
• Main device: 13”+ monitor, Ryzen 5/Core i5 (or higher), 16 gb RAM
• Back-up device: Ryzen 5/Core i5 (or higher), 8 gb RAM
