Construction Estimator

Role Overview Responsible for developing detailed cost estimates for deep foundation and heavy civil construction projects, from bid support through final pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and bid requirements to develop accurate estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost modeling to support bid pricing.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes, including scope and cost alignment.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to clarify requirements and assumptions.
• Prepare and present estimate documentation for use in the bidding process.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of deep foundation and heavy civil construction estimating.
• Proficiency with estimating and take-off methodologies.
• Ability to interpret construction documents, scopes, and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
