Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented EIFS, Fiber Cement Estimator to join our construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to develop competitive bids. Your expertise will help ensure projects are financially viable while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to develop comprehensive estimates that reflect scope, materials, labor, and equipment needs.
• Utilize estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to prepare detailed cost proposals efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct site visits and collaborate with construction management teams to gather on-the-ground insights that influence pricing strategies.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Analyze bid documents, contracts, and project requirements to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop detailed cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle to monitor expenses and prevent budget overruns.
• Prepare bid packages, compile estimates, and present proposals confidently to clients or internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as HeavyBid; experience with Bluebeam is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of construction site operations, contracts, and negotiation techniques.
• Familiarity with cost control methods, pricing strategies, and construction management practices.
• Ability to read and interpret complex plans, specifications, and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members.

Pay: $57,976.64 - $69,821.33 per year
