About Us

Levismar Formwork & Groundworks Ltd is an established UK construction subcontractor specialising in groundworks, basement construction, underpinning, formwork, shuttering, steel fixing and reinforced concrete structures.

We work on residential and commercial construction projects across London and the surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team full-time at our office in Harrow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for independently reviewing tender enquiries, measuring quantities, preparing accurate cost estimates and submitting competitive quotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and tender documentation.
• Carry out accurate quantity takeoffs from drawings.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and competitive tender quotations.
• Price groundworks, excavation, drainage, foundations and concrete slabs.
• Estimate basement construction, underpinning and retaining wall packages.
• Price formwork, shuttering, reinforcement, concrete placement and RC frames.
• Calculate labour, plant, materials and subcontractor costs

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
