Construction Estimator / Project Coordinator

Have experience bidding construction projects? We’d like to meet you.

Established commercial door, frame and hardware distributor is looking for a dependable, motivated person to join our team. Experience with any construction trade is welcome. Door industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Review plans and specifications.
• Obtain vendor pricing and prepare bid proposals.
• Coordinate project details, submittals and material orders.
• Work with customers, vendors and team members.

Qualifications:

• Experience with construction bidding or estimating.
• Familiarity with construction terminology.
• Strong computer, communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
