What they need
Basic understanding of construction plans, drawings, and building materials
- Ability to follow instructions and complete trade‑by‑trade quantity takeoffs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and cost breakdowns
- Analytical mindset; comfortable reviewing specifications and material lists
- Experience in estimating is helpful but not required
- Willing to learn new software, especially Buildxact
- Able to adapt to digital workflows for estimating and cost summaries
Pay: Rs35,102.08 - Rs145,484.15 per month
