The Construction Estimator/Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects. This role requires a deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required contents of estimate.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and other related expenses.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
• Review and evaluate cost estimates submitted by subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimating software.
• Provide support during project bidding and negotiation processes.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years
• Education: diploma in civil engineering
• Skills: analytical skills, autocad, business analysis
