Construction Expert

InGenivm are working with a growing construction consultancy looking to add an experienced Construction Consultant to its team.

We are looking for someone with a background in construction who has gained exposure to forensic cost analysis, schedule analysis, or construction claims and disputes.

The ideal candidate will have a handful of years experience working within a consultancy environment and be looking to further develop their expertise in construction advisory and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyse construction project schedules, costs, delays, disruptions and variations.
• Support the preparation of claims, expert reports and dispute-related documentation.
• Review project records, contracts, programmes and cost data to identify issues and assess their impact.
• Assist with forensic schedule and cost analysis on complex construction projects.
• Work alongside experienced consultants and senior experts on contentious construction matters.

Requirements

• Up to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Previous experience working for at least one construction, engineering or disputes consultancy.
• Exposure to forensic cost analysis, delay analysis, schedule analysis, claims or construction disputes.
• A background in construction, engineering, project controls, commercial management or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, written and communication skills.
