Salary: $60,000–$68,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Overview

True Vision Landscapes, LLC is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Construction Field Supervisor to join our team.

We specialize in high-end residential landscape construction, working on custom homes and luxury outdoor living projects throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

The Construction Field Supervisor will work directly with our Project Manager to oversee daily field operations, coordinate construction crews and subcontractors, monitor project progress, and ensure work is completed according to approved plans, specifications, and company quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong construction knowledge who can independently manage daily field activities across multiple active projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily field operations across multiple residential landscape construction projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate foremen, construction crews, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor workmanship, progress, safety, and productivity.
  • Review and interpret landscape architectural plans, construction drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate daily manpower, work assignments, and construction activities.
  • Monitor project schedules and communicate potential delays or conflicts.
  • Verify material quantities, deliveries, equipment availability, and job-site readiness.
  • Oversee installation activities involving masonry, pavers, natural stone, irrigation, drainage, planting, landscape lighting, and outdoor living features.
  • Identify construction deficiencies and coordinate necessary corrections.
  • Assist with quality-control inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Project Manager, including progress photos, field updates, and outstanding issues.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, designers, vendors, and other trades as directed.
  • Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and compliant with applicable safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction, residential construction, or field supervision.
  • Previous experience supervising construction crews and coordinating subcontractors.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, installation methods, and job-site operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Experience coordinating multiple active job sites.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel between job sites throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in active construction environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-end residential landscape construction.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of masonry, hardscape installation, grading, irrigation systems, and landscape lighting.
  • Experience coordinating with custom home builders, general contractors, and landscape designers.
  • Familiarity with construction inspections, quality control, and punch-list management.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, communicates effectively, and can keep multiple projects moving without constant supervision.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of identifying potential problems before they impact project schedules or construction quality.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary: $60,000–$68,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Full-time employment.
  • 401(k) retirement plan, subject to eligibility.
