Project management and finish carpentry are our main focus in the company. We are looking to add an experienced foreman position to our team. Valid driver's license is required.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, manage a construction crew, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your leadership will drive project success by supervising and working with a team. Interpreting drawings, understanding instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met are crucial to this role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale repair, residential remodel, and construction projects while fostering a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

Duties

• Supervise and manage a construction crew, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Interpret drawings to guide construction activities
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and federal construction safety standards across the site
• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and assist in construction estimating to stay within financial parameters
• Manage site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all construction regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in finish carpentry, residential remodel and repair construction management with a strong background in supervising teams on-site
• Extensive knowledge of construction safety regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols
• Strong management skills with experience managing multiple crews and coordinating complex schedules
• Familiarity with construction estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling processes
• Excellent communication skills for effective management of teams and coordination with clients and stakeholders
• Construction site experience with a focus on quality control, safety management, and regulatory compliance
• Driver's License

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
