Job Title: Construction Foreman

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily construction activities across our projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction, civil, maintenance, and finishing works.
• Manage and allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Read and understand civil and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor manpower productivity and daily site progress.
• Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor workmanship and maintain required quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and proper use of PPE.
• Conduct and support toolbox talks and site safety instructions.
• Report daily progress, manpower, material requirements, delays, and site issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Assist during consultant/client inspections and project handover.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of the worksite.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Construction/Civil Foreman.
• Previous UAE construction experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, building maintenance, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of masonry, concrete, plastering, blockwork, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and general finishing works.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Good understanding of construction site safety requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Basic English communication skills.
• UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
