Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
• Interpret and review blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to guide on-site activities
• Enforce OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations across all site operations
• Oversee quality control processes, including construction safety management and adherence to building codes

Requirements

• Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management with a strong background in supervising teams on-site
• Extensive knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Strong skills in project scheduling, construction safety management, and quality control practices
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, timelines, and subcontractor relationships effectively
• Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams confidently
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations including pipeline projects or large-scale commercial developments
• Valid certifications in OSHA safety standards
• This position is not just a supervisory poisition. Candidates must be willing to operate heavy equipment, ditch work, anything necessary to get the job done.
