Job Summary

Arizona Construction & Restoration is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead field crews and coordinate daily construction activities in Phoenix, AZ. This position helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews.
• Assign tasks and monitor crew productivity and project progress.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review plans, specifications, and work requirements.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and job-site resources.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Identify construction issues and coordinate solutions.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Maintain daily logs and provide project updates.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a construction foreman or lead worker.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and job-site operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read plans, drawings, and project specifications.
• Ability to manage crews and multiple priorities.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
