Construction Foreman

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Manage aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and Bluebeam to track project progress and documentation.
• Review schematics and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare reports on project status, including budget updates and timeline adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the job site.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management practices, including budgeting and quality control processes.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and contracts effectively.
• Experience with managing teams and coordinating multiple aspects of construction projects is essential.
• Proficiency in using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical work may be beneficial but is not required.
• Able to perform closeout and punch out task
