Construction Foreman

KOREV CONSTRUCTION & GENERAL CONTRACTING LLC is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily site activities and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise workers and construction activities at the project site.
• Plan and distribute daily work to workers and site teams.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other departments.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure work targets are achieved.
• Check the quality of workmanship and report any issues to the concerned Engineer.
• Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment effectively.
• Ensure proper implementation of HSE and site safety requirements.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions.
• Read and understand construction drawings and work instructions.
• Maintain daily records of manpower and work progress.
• Identify and resolve routine site issues and report major issues to management.
• Ensure work is completed within the required schedule and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE construction experience.
• Previous experience as a Construction Foreman / General Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations and manpower supervision.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workers and coordinate multiple site activities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
