Job Description

7NT Engineering is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead crews on underground sewer and water utility projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience with underground utilities, and the ability to manage daily field operations safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews performing sewer and water main installations.
• Coordinate daily work activities, equipment, and materials.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and scheduling requirements.
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and field personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience in underground sewer and water utility construction.
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of excavation, trench safety, and pipe installation.
• Ability to operate and oversee heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
