What they need
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily civil construction work on site
- Assign tasks and manage workers/subcontractors
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and safety rules
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce PPE compliance
- Monitor material usage and request supplies as needed
- Coordinate with engineers and other trades
- Prepare daily progress and manpower reports
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as civil foreman in residential buildings
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety practices
- Ability to read drawings and lead a team effectively
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills
Benefits:

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
