Construction Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of workers and assign tasks
• Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed on-site
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other teams
• Report project status, issues, and updates to management
• Check materials, tools, and equipment needed for the job

Qualifications:

• With experience as a Foreman or similar role (construction/mechanical is a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction or mechanical works
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Responsible, organized, and hardworking
