Construction Foreman

We are looking for an experienced, dependable Construction Foreman to lead our site crew and oversee daily construction activities. The ideal candidate can read plans, organize work, and ensure tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise workers and assign daily tasks.
• Read and follow construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor workmanship, progress, and material usage.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and order.
• Report attendance, accomplishments, and site concerns to the project engineer.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience as a construction foreman.
• Practical knowledge of concrete works, masonry, carpentry, and finishing.
• Able to read plans and estimate daily material requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, and willing to work on-site in Metro Manila.

Pay: Php1,000.00 - Php1,100.00 per day
