Construction Foreman

Duties

• Lead and supervise construction crews, to execute project plans effectively.
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• Coordinate construction schedules
• Manage daily site operations, including safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets design standards and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project budgets and track costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections for safety compliance, progress tracking, and quality assurance; document findings thoroughly.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders.
• Supervise the interpretation of technical drawings and blueprints for accurate execution of construction tasks.
• Ensure construction schedule coordination across multiple teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Enforce strict adherence to OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations across all site activities.

Experience

• Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management roles with a strong background in supervising teams on active sites.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately for diverse projects.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling techniques and project timeline coordination.
• Hands-on experience with construction safety management practices aligned with OSHA standards and federal regulations.
• Skilled in managing budgets, procurement processes, and contractual documentation such as contracts and change orders.
• Excellent managerial communication skills with a track record of leading crews effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
• Familiarity with pipeline projects or infrastructure development is a plus; commercial construction experience is highly preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
