We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, manage teams of skilled workers, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain project schedules. Your expertise in construction management and ability to interpret technical drawings will drive project success while maintaining quality and safety compliance. Duties

• Lead and manage construction crews, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity on-site.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide project execution.
• Coordinate construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to meet deadlines.
• Enforce OSHA and federal safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and ensuring compliance with construction safety management standards.
• Oversee quality control processes, inspecting work for adherence to specifications and industry standards.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, incident logs, contracts, and project schedules using tools like ProCore, Prolog, or Bluebeam.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in the Fit-Out and Interior Finishing industry.

* Proven experience in supervising site operations and managing construction teams.

* Ability to read drawings and ensure work is executed according to quality standards.

* Valid UAE driving license.

* Must have own car.

* Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.

* Previous UAE experience is preferred.
