Construction Foreman

Pay: $25–$35 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Demolition Foreman to lead crews on residential and commercial demolition projects. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), knows how to read construction plans, and can manage crews efficiently while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.

We need someone who can take charge of a job site, solve problems, and keep projects moving without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily demolition operations.
• Lead crews and assign daily tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and demolition scopes.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and debris removal.
• Maintain job site cleanliness and OSHA safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and field crews.
• Identify and resolve job site issues as they arise.
• Track daily progress and report updates to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of demolition or relevant construction experience.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Previous crew leadership or foreman experience required.
• Strong knowledge of demolition methods, tools, and equipment.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and job site safety.
• Ability to manage multiple workers and meet project deadlines.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be dependable, organized, and comfortable working hands-on.

Compensation

• $25–$35/hour DOE
• Full-time position
