Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Foreman to supervise daily site activities, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and ensure that construction and interior fit-out works are completed according to project drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, practical construction knowledge, and the ability to manage site teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction and interior fit-out activities at the project site.
• Manage and assign tasks to workers, technicians, carpenters, painters, electricians, and other site personnel.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed within the agreed timeline.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Check the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor the use of construction materials, tools, and equipment to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and site regulations.
• Identify site issues, report delays, and coordinate solutions with the project management team.
• Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, work progress updates, and material requirements.
• Ensure the worksite remains clean, organized, and safe.
• Inspect completed work and assist with snagging, rectification, and handover activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Previous experience working on construction sites in Dubai or the UAE is preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and site procedures.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical details.
• Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE construction site safety requirements.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience in interior fit-out works, including partitions, gypsum ceilings, flooring, painting, carpentry, joinery, and finishing works, is an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, site-based position in Dubai, UAE.
• Must be willing to work at different project locations as required.
• Working hours and overtime will be in accordance with company policy and applicable UAE labour law.
