Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Construction Foreman to oversee daily operations on construction remodeling sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction activities, supervising crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a solid understanding of construction project management principles. A valid Construction Supervisor License is essential to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project plans.
• Manage and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Oversee daily site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
• Monitor progress of construction projects, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to communicate project status, updates, and any changes in scope or schedule.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, work hours, materials used, and safety incidents.
• Assist in planning and scheduling work sequences to optimize resources and minimize delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of workmanship and adherence to specifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on kitchen and bath remodels with a strong understanding of construction processes and workflows.
• Demonstrated expertise in construction project management.
• Valid Construction Supervisor License required.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate diverse crews.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving on-site issues promptly.
