Construction Foreman

Overview

CJK Builders is looking for a reliable, hands-on Foreman to oversee our crews on commercial property maintenance and repair jobs. Our work includes general repairs, handyman services, concrete, asphalt maintenance, and other facility upkeep. You’ll organize daily tasks, keep the crew on track, check the quality of the work, and help on-site as needed.

Duties

• Supervise crews and assign daily tasks to complete jobs efficiently and correctly.
• Work alongside the crew and provide guidance when needed.
• Review work orders and make sure everyone understands the scope of work.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are ready for each job.
• Check completed work and address any issues before leaving the site.
• Keep management updated on progress, delays, and additional repairs needed.
• Take before-and-after photos and document completed work.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers and property managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial maintenance, construction, or general repairs.
• Previous experience leading a crew or supervising workers.
• Strong hands-on repair skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep crews productive.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and job-site safety practices.
• Comfortable using a phone or work-order app to review job details, upload photos, and provide updates.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between job sites.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
