Problem Solving

• Troubleshoot issues in the field
• Make adjustments when conditions don't match the original plan
• Coordinate materials, equipment and crew needs
• Take pride in leaving each job completed correctly and professionally

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Several years of construction, remodeling or contracting experience
• Experience with framing, measuring, trim, finish work or similar construction skills
• Ability to read plans, understand measurements and work independently
• Previous crew-lead or supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Glass installation experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work from ladders and lifts
