We are seeking strong leaders to serve as Foreman/Crew Chief to oversee one of our 3-4-man field operations teams, follow explicit directions, maintain operating equipment, enforce safety rules, and complete jobs in a timely manner.

• Base Pay: $40/Hr. (40 Hours Guaranteed)/Overtime/Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonus
• Extra Pay: Quarterly Bonus and Paid Overtime
• Expected Total Pay: $100,000 per year.

What You Will Do

• Lead a 3-to-4-person pipe laying crew on site.
• Keep the job safe and clean.
• Make sure work follows the plan and schedule.
• Train team members and lead daily work.
• Implement new or modified plans in response to delays, harsh weather, or construction site emergencies.

What You Need

• Past work as a pipe laying foreman and a TCEQ Occupational License.

· Water Operator License A, B, or C, or Wastewater Operator License A, B, or C preferred.

· Know how to use heavy machines safely.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and hold field crews accountable.

· Coordinate daily activities for pipe installations, alignment, layout, and welding operations.

· Interpret blueprint / P&IDs.

· Have a valid driver’s license: A valid Texas Class "A" Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Preferred

· Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

· Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening.
