Full-Time | Project-Based | 3-Month Minimum
40-60 hours per week | Overtime and Per Diem available
Pay: Foremen $30.00-$35.00/hr | Tradespeople $20.00-$28.00/hr, based on experience
Location: Shreveport, LA (Northwest Louisiana)

We're looking for experienced foremen and dependable, hardworking construction workers for a minimum three-month project. The work is inside a climate-controlled facility, so weather won't cost you hours. It involves a variety of basic construction, mechanical, and installation tasks.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works safely, and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right. This is a hands-on position that calls for basic construction knowledge and the ability to work independently as well as with a crew.

Work May Include

• Metal prep: grinding and preparing metal and other materials
• Mechanical: bolting flanges, installing PVC piping, caulking, and sealing
• Fit-up and assembly: measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembling materials
• Doors and hardware: installing doors, frames, and hardware
• Equipment installation: leveling, aligning, and mounting equipment and components
• Electrical-related assembly: bus bar assembly and mounting light fixtures, disconnects, and other devices (no electrician license required)
• Reading basic drawings and layouts, and using hand and power tools safely

Foremen

We're looking for experienced foremen to lead crews, assign daily work, read drawings, keep quality and safety on track, and coordinate with supervisors and other trades. You'll also work alongside the crew when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Construction, fabrication, mechanical, or industrial experience
• Ability to work independently or on a crew
• Ability to do physical work: lifting, climbing, bending, and long days on your feet
• Availability for 40-60 hours per week
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check and meet all site safety requirements
