Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Framer with at least one year of hands-on experience to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately constructing the framework of buildings, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to blueprints and technical drawings. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, from metal building erection to intricate wood framing projects. Responsibilities

• Execute framing tasks using hand tools and power tools efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
• Operate heavy equipment safely during site preparation or material handling when required.
• Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor tasks involving construction materials and components.
• Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

• Minimum of one year of commercial or residential framing experience
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other essential construction equipment.
• Familiarity with concrete forming, rebar installation, and drywall or trim carpentry is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and dimensions on-site.
• Experience operating heavy equipment or participating in restoration projects is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites combined with excellent teamwork skills.
