Construction General Labor

SS Johnson Construction is growing, and we are looking for hardworking individuals to join our team! We specialize in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings. No prior construction experience? No problem. If you have a strong work ethic, we will train you on the job from day one. We don't just offer a job—we offer a career path. Prove yourself, work hard, and you can quickly advance into Skilled Laborer, Team Lead, or Foreman positions.

What You Will Do:

• Help erect and assemble pre-engineered metal buildings.
• Safely work with hand tools, power tools, and building materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Requirements:

• Dependable Transportation: You must be reliable and able to get to the shop or job site on time.
• Hard Worker: Able to handle 8–10 hour workdays doing physical labor.
• Outdoor Work: Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
• Heights: Must be comfortable working at heights (harnesses and safety gear provided).

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 48.0 per week
