Construction Helper

Job Title: Construction Helper (Part-Time)

Location: Middlesex County, NJ (local job sites)

About the Role

Liberty Construction Group is looking for a reliable, hard-working Construction Helper to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting a variety of residential and commercial construction projects including renovations, remodels, and general contracting work throughout Middlesex County.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Pickup and deliver construction materials to and from job sites
• Assist with job site setup and breakdown
• Perform general clean-up and debris removal
• Assist with demolition work
• Support lead carpenters and crew as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and show up ready to work every day
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, carrying, standing for long periods)
• Must be available part-time (possibly full-time for the right candidate)

Preferred (Not Required)

• Basic carpentry or construction experience
• Familiarity with tools and job site safety

Compensation

• Pay is based on experience and skill level

• Projects are primarily located throughout Middlesex County, NJ
