Construction Helper

Job Summary:

We are seeking physically fit, reliable General Construction Helpers to assist skilled workers on active building and civil construction sites across the UAE. Candidates based in India (for overseas hiring) or within the UAE (with valid visa/immediate joiners) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, equipment, and tools.
• Clean and prepare sites (remove debris, setup staging, and shovel materials).
• Assist skilled tradespeople (masons, carpenters, electricians, steel fixers).
• Operate basic hand and power tools (jackhammers, mixers, compactors).
• Strictly follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years of prior experience in construction or manual labor preferred (freshers with strong physical fitness welcomed).
• Location: Open to applicants in India (ECR/ECNR passport holders) or UAE (Visit Visa / Employment Visa with NOC).
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) and work outdoors in warm weather conditions.
• Language: Basic knowledge of Hindi, English, or Urdu.
• Education: Primary/Secondary schooling (Formal education not mandatory).
