Key Duties

• Clean work areas and remove trash or hazards
• Load and unload building materials and tools
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and mix concrete
• Build and break down scaffolding or temporary structures
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery
• Follow all safety rules and instructions from supervisors

Skills and Qualifications

• Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and long hours
• Ability to work well in a team and follow directions
• Basic math and measuring skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred by some employers)
