Construction Helper / Site Labor

Job Purpose We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer / Renovation Helper to join our team for upcoming residential and commercial renovation projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will perform essential physical tasks, assist skilled tradespeople, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Preparation & Cleanup: Clear debris, sweep work areas, and load/unload demolition materials into skips to maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Material Handling: Safely transport construction materials (cements, bricks, drywall, tiles, and timber) to the appropriate work areas on-site.
• Trade Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (masons, carpenters, painters, and electricians) by prepping tools, mixing mortar, holding materials, and cleaning equipment.
• Demolition Support: Assist in basic, safe demolition work, including removing old tiles, carpets, drywall, and fixtures under direct supervision.
• Tool Operation: Safely operate hand and power tools, such as drills, grinders, mixers, and wheelbarrows, following all safety protocols.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all site safety rules, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, and report hazards immediately to the supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working on construction or interior renovation sites in the UAE is preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Excellent physical fitness, strength, and stamina to lift heavy loads (up to 25 kg) and work on your feet for extended shifts.
• Climate Resilience: Ability to work comfortably in varying site environments, adhering strictly to official UAE mid-day break regulations during summer months.
• Communication: Basic understanding of English or Hindi/Urdu to follow safety instructions and tasks from the site supervisor.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a collaborative team attitude.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
